At this time, users located in Assam, Andhra Pradesh, Tamil Nadu, Odisha, Telangana, Nagaland, or Sikkim are restricted from entering any cash-involving Events due to legal limitations concerning online competitions.
• Participants must provide a valid email ID to enter any Event.
• Eligibility to join and possibly win is exclusive to those who have registered through crikoo1.com and entered an Event following these stated conditions.

Breach & Consequences

If breaches of our End User Terms are found through examination, or if your ongoing participation seems detrimental to crikoo1, its community, or general welfare, we hold the right to implement these actions at our own judgment:

1. Restrict engagement between flagged individuals or suspected rule violators;
2. Permanently deactivate your profile on our Platform;
3. Seize all assets within your profile;
4. Pursue compensation for incurred harm via legal or administrative channels, including legal prosecution where fitting;
5. In major violations, we retain the power to prevent your future access to our Platform entirely.

Every determination made by the crikoo1 oversight committee regarding violations is ultimate and enforceable. These actions do not limit other rights or legal options available to us under applicable statutes.

Jurisdiction, Disputes & Applicable Law

This End End User Terms abides by and is interpreted in line with Indian statutory law. All complaints and disputes are to be handled according to the Indian Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.

Content Ownership

Contest Varieties

• crikoo1 facilitates two types of Competitions: (1) Public Events open for anyone to enter, and (2) Private Matches that are invitation-only. These rules apply across both models.
• Public Events
  • In Public Events, crikoo1 may offer challenges with assorted participant limits—2, 3, 5, 10, 100, or otherwise fixed numbers.
  • These events may involve entry fees, with winners selected once gameplay concludes.
  • Every Event will specify the participant minimum required for launch. If this is achieved, the Event begins. If unmet at the start time, the Event is called off and entry payments are fully returned.
  • Certain formats, titled “Guaranteed Events”, proceed once the win threshold is reached—even if not all spots are taken. Entries are permitted until either the quota fills or the match kicks off. If inactive by launch time, full entry reimbursements apply.

Private Matches

• Private Events allow users to establish invite-only challenges, welcome select entrants, and choose between 2, 3, 5, or 10-player settings. The originator covers the fee, names the Event, and obtains a special Access Code. Only the Event name is editable after setup. The originator must send us the invitees' email or Facebook info to dispatch invitations.
• To enter a Private Event, guests must input the Code and cover the entry fee. When the participant ceiling is reached, new entries are disallowed. If the minimum isn’t satisfied an hour before gameplay, participants may choose to turn the Private Event into a Public one. crikoo1 makes no promises about this conversion before start time or participation turnout. If still under-filled by game time, entries are fully refunded.
• Only the set participant count may join a Private Event. crikoo1 bears no responsibility for system errors or disqualifications that stop any invitee from joining.

Accountability & Reimbursement

By joining our Platform and entering Competitions, you pledge to indemnify, support, and shield us from any litigation or expenses (including attorney charges and indirect losses) resulting from:

1. Breach of copyright or proprietary rights from user-uploaded content;
2. Offensive, damaging, or unlawful conduct by others, such as deceitful or inappropriate posts;
3. Improper access, manipulation, or mishandling of your user profile;
4. Breakdowns, malfunctions, lags, data errors, malware, or access disruptions;
5. Unpermitted activity through your account, even if you granted access.

Legal Oversight & Court Authority

These Terms and the Privacy Clause are governed by Indian regulations. All legal matters shall be settled exclusively by courts located in New Delhi.

Refunds & Reversals

All financial dealings, contributions, and charges made on crikoo1.com for Fantasy Cricket are final. Refunds are only made when a system processing fault occurs. Although we appreciate user happiness, only error-based refund claims are assessed.

If you feel wronged by a payment, purchase, or fee on crikoo1 and believe a processing error has occurred, please contact us within 72 hours. We will review and resolve the matter at our absolute discretion.

crikoo1 keeps the right to cancel any Event independently, whether or not a reason is shared, and will swiftly return all involved participant payments.

Players are strictly not permitted to enter any game areas once the actual cricket match (per Series rules) has started.

Bonuses: These provisions apply to all Fantasy Cricket-related Offers and Bonuses (Quick Bonus, Invite Bonus, Free Bonus, Earnings Bonus) available via www.crikoo1.com and all Bonus recipients must adhere to these rules:

Prizes: Terms and Conditions

1. A Participant may secure only a single prize within one calendar day.
2. Every prize announcement will be delivered via email to winners within 24 hours after the game ends.
3. If a Participant earns victories in several prize matches on one day, the reward will be issued for the first match they entered that day. Other rooms will have prizes granted to the second-place performers.
